The bank recommends companies benefiting from hardware specification upgrades and market share increases, including Luxshare Precision, BYD Electronic (00285), Sunny Optical (02382), AAC Tech (02018), and FIT Hon Teng (06088).

As for the new iPhone 16 series, the bank expects major hardware specification upgrades to include processor updates, updates to the DRAM storage capacity, upgrading high-end models to larger screens, a new camera button, and optical specification upgrades for the Pro models. CICC predicts that this year's new iPhone will not have a significant price increase, but may cancel the 128GB version of the body, indirectly raising the starting price. As for AirPods, the bank expects this release to boost the shipment volume of the series. It is expected that AirPods 4 will be launched in this release.

In terms of AI feature upgrades, the bank predicts that the application of the Apple Intelligence AI function on Apple hardware terminals, as well as the demonstration of more edge AI functions extended from Apple's private cloud computing and third-party models, as previously previewed at the WWDC conference, will be implemented. It is believed that with the launch of iOS 18, its AI applications will continue to improve. At the same time, the bank expects that the integration of AI features is likely to accelerate the replacement cycle and promote the sales of subsequent Apple hardware products.
