The main functions include a linkage function with material handling/logistics robots to achieve efficiency and labor saving at logistics sites, a product management function that manages expiration dates such as best before dates, etc., a bundled item management function that improves the accuracy and efficiency of repeat online shopping, an inventory/status inquiry function that enables inventory inquiries from storage locations and products, a security compatible function that can manage login passwords, etc., and store inventory management functions in cooperation with “Logizard ZERO-STORE” It spans. A handy terminal that reads barcodes is rented as an option, and it is also compatible with free battery replacement, same-day replacement of faulty machines, etc. In addition, stationary barcode readers, etc. are also provided as options, and optional functions are added as appropriate to improve customer convenience, and products are being enhanced.

The analysis tool has a function of automatically aggregating and analyzing sales at stores, and can be used to plan sales strategies. Useful functions for inventory management and POS registers are provided for each manager (headquarters) and business site (store). In inventory management, functions such as inventory management, sales management, and inventory management are provided for managers. For example, the headquarters can now centrally manage data from each business site, which is effective for efficient management and overall optimization of each business site. Sales and inventory registration functions using smartphones, and other store inventory inquiry functions that can check inventory at other stores in real time are provided for business establishments. These functions make it possible to improve the efficiency of store operations and respond quickly to consumers.
POS cash registers are provided in cooperation with settlement business support services using tablet terminals. In addition to basic cash register functions such as credit card processing, there are functions such as unit price changes such as discounts, receipt printing, and transmission of store sales data to headquarters. It is also easy to link with peripheral devices such as receipt printers and handy terminals, and is also characterized by high versatility. The fact that it can be introduced at a low cost is also attractive. As a specific application scenario, when an inquiry about product inventory is received from a consumer, inventory can be confirmed with a smartphone, and when there is stock, it is possible to confirm which shelf in the backyard is on, etc., making it possible to respond quickly to consumers.
(3) OMO support system “Logizard OCE”
“Logizard OCE” is a system that supports customer omnichannel. By cooperating with the company's “LOGIZARD ZERO” and “LOGIZARD ZERO-STORE,” it is possible to realize optimal shipment/delivery for each consumer by utilizing unified store/warehouse data. By centrally managing inventory, it also contributes to the smooth operation of an omnichannel strategy that comprehensively utilizes multiple channels. Another feature is that the above functions can be utilized by connecting to WMS provided by other companies. As demand for OMO marketing increases, we believe that demand for this system will continue to be steady in the future.
As a specific application scenario, when an order is placed from a consumer via EC, it is possible to check the store/warehouse where the target product is in stock and determine where delivery is most efficient.
(4) Fee structure and sales channels
Of “Logizard ZERO,” “Logizard ZERO STORE,” and “Logizard OCE,” monthly fixed fees and monthly pay-as-you-go fees can be selected for “Logizard ZERO,” and monthly fixed fees can be selected for “Logizard ZERO STORE” and “Logizard OCE,” and can be used according to the business characteristics of the customer or customer's shipper. Cooperation with an external system can be used without additional development by adding an option fee with an application provided by an application partner.
