The company further announced that, since the international offering did not involve any oversubscription, the overall coordinator (including itself and on behalf of the international underwriters) did not exercise the over-allotment option during the price stabilization period, and the over-allotment option expired on August 31, 2024 (Saturday). Therefore, there will be no issuance of H shares related to the over-allotment option.

Immediately after the end of the price stabilization period, the total number of shares held by the public will continue to account for at least 25% of the total registered share capital of the company, in compliance with the provisions of Rule 8.08(1)(a) of the listing rules.
