The development of dry electrode materials has successfully completed small-scale trials and is currently progressing with pilot work. The self-supporting film has achieved coil-to-film production, with a compacted density of 3.6g/cm³ for the ternary cathode self-supporting film and 2.6g/cm³ for the lithium iron phosphate cathode self-supporting film, resulting in an increase in battery energy density by more than 10%. The use of organic solvents has been eliminated, reducing the risk of side reactions with solid electrolytes and improving the safety and energy density of the battery. As the research and development cycle of this technology is relatively long, the company will fully coordinate research and development resources and expedite the pilot and subsequent work.
