On September 5, Gelunhui announced that due to the downward trend in the leasing market prices and the continuous downturn in the overall environment of commercial offices and industrial parks for attracting investment, Zhejiang Boyun Business Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Boyun Company") can no longer continue to fulfill the related leasing contract of "Wulin 921 Digital Cultural Industry Park Rental Property Leasing and Project Operation Management Contract". To ensure the maximization of company interests, it was agreed to terminate the related leasing with Boyun Company and sign the termination of the leasing and project operation management contract. The company's controlling shareholder, Zhejiang Publishing Allied Group Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Publishing Group Asset Operation Co., Ltd., holds 20% equity of Boyun Company, which is an associated enterprise of the company's controlling shareholder. At the same time, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Printing Group Co., Ltd. holds 10% equity of Boyun Company, and Boyun Company is an affiliate of the company. This termination agreement constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a significant asset restructuring as specified in the "Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies".
