Shenzhen Urban Planning and Natural Resources Bureau announced that a piece of residential land in Bao'an District will be auctioned off by way of listing, with the land to be auctioned on October 8th.

The announcement shows that the auctioned land is located in Hangcheng Street and Fuyong Street of Bao'an District, consisting of residential land, park green space, and transportation land. The total land area is approximately 0.1816 million square meters, including 0.0987 million square meters for residential use, with a construction area of 0.2899 million square meters, and a starting price of 6.665 billion yuan.

According to the auction conditions, the residential portion of the land this time is for ordinary commodity housing, and the winning bidder will be determined based on the principle of "highest bidder wins", requiring all ordinary commodity housing within the land to be sold as completed units.
