On August 28, Migaro Holdings <5535> announced that its group company DXYZ's facial recognition platform "FreeiD" and Mitsubishi Estate <8802>'s comprehensive smart home service "HOMETACT" will be adopted as the standard for the urban residence series "Fullea" developed by Ai Pest. It is planned to be introduced in 8 properties.

FreeiD allows users to register their faces through a smartphone app and connect various actions in their daily lives (such as entry and exit, identity verification, and payment) through facial recognition. HOMETACT is a comprehensive smart home service that allows users to control and manage IoT devices such as smart locks, air conditioners, and lights through a dedicated app or smart speaker.

In the Fullea series, the facial recognition platform "FreeiD" is adopted not only in shared areas such as entrances, communal mailboxes, and garbage areas, but also at the entrance of each unit, allowing users to unlock and pass through by simply presenting their faces. Each unit is equipped with IoT-compatible smart switches, hot water remote controls, and air conditioners as standard, which can be controlled collectively by HOMETACT.

Mitsubishi Estate and DXYZ aim to deliver the experience and added value generated by the collaboration between HOMETACT and FreeiD to a wider audience. The two companies will continue to create new businesses, such as providing smart city solutions using facial recognition platforms, and connect various services in the digital world.
