According to the announcement, on September 3, 2024 (after the trading session of the Stock Exchange), Kingkey Financial International (01468) entered into a placement agreement with the placement agent. The company conditionally agreed to place a maximum of 0.183 billion shares of placement shares to no fewer than six subscribers, who are independent third parties and/or ultimate beneficial owners, at a placement price of HK$0.41 per share.

The estimated net proceeds from the placement is approximately HK$74.12 million.
