Accordingly, it can submit for sale and issue notes to professional investors in batches, with a maximum total principal amount of 1 billion US dollars. The company can issue notes from time to time, and it can be denominated in any currency, but it must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and directives. The notes will not be publicly offered in Hong Kong, the United States, or any other jurisdiction, nor will they be listed on any stock exchange.

The company currently intends to use the net proceeds from each batch of notes issued under this program for the acquisition of underlying assets, establishing hedging arrangements, and/or general financing purposes.
