Generally speaking, shareholding is preparation for major shareholders to reduce their holdings or sell. It is reported that the stock price of Bonjour Hold has fallen nearly 86% since the beginning of the year, with the recent stock price at the lower limit of 0.01 Hong Kong dollars.

According to the HKEX disclosure, as of July 23, group chairman Chen Jianwen holds approximately 2.606 billion shares of Bonjour Hold, with a holding ratio of 54.81%. On November 6 last year, during the peak period, he held nearly 3.486 billion shares, with a holding ratio of 73.32%, and has already sold approximately 0.88 billion shares in less than a year. Currently, among Bonjour Hold shareholders, only Chairman Chen Jianwen holds more than 30% of the shares.
Chen Jianwen conducted multiple share selling actions on January 26, May 8, June 19, July 16, and July 23 this year. In January, he sold 0.3 billion shares, cashing out 24 million Hong Kong dollars. In May, he sold 50 million shares, cashing out 3 million Hong Kong dollars. In June, he sold 40 million shares and once again cashed out 2 million Hong Kong dollars. In July, he sold a total of 0.49 billion shares, cashing out 10.63 million Hong Kong dollars, totaling 39.63 million Hong Kong dollars cashed out during the year.
It is worth mentioning that on July 8th, Bonjour Holdings' stock price plummeted by 58% at one point, and closed down nearly 42%. Chen Jianwen stated at an event in mid-July that his shares were not forced to be sold and his pledged shares were not transferred.
As for performance, Bonjour Holdings' operating revenue for the first half of the year decreased by 21.78% year-on-year to HKD 55.697 million, with a net profit of only HKD 0.127 million. In the same period last year, it made a profit of HKD 48.658 million, a decrease of 99.74% year-on-year.
