1. Su Jiale has resigned as the company's executive director and is no longer a member of the Corporate Governance Committee;

2. The company's executive director, Wang Jinglu, has been appointed as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee;

3. The company's independent non-executive director, Jiao Jie, has been appointed as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, while the company's independent non-executive director, Pan Zhiping, has been transferred from his original position as chairman of the Remuneration Committee to a member of the committee;

4. The company's independent non-executive director Qiu Huanfa has been appointed as the chairman of the Nomination Committee, while the company's independent non-executive director Jiao Jie has been transferred from his original position as chairman of the Nomination Committee to a member of the committee; and

5. After Su Jiale resigned as an executive director of the company, he is no longer an authorized representative, and the company's executive director Bai Zhifeng has been appointed as the authorized representative to replace Su Jiale.
