(referred to as "Guizhou Aviation Group"), the controlling shareholder of the company, regarding the completion of the transfer of equity registration of Jinjiang Company. It has also received a transfer registration confirmation letter issued by the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. The transfer procedures of the shares involved in the merger of Guizhou Jinjiang Aviation Hydraulic Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinjiang Company") have been completed. After the transfer is completed, Guizhou Aviation Group directly holds 430,506,064 shares of the company, accounting for 29.06% of the total share capital of the company (rounded). After the completion of this transfer of shares, Guizhou Aviation Group has become the largest shareholder of the company, and there has been no change in the controlling shareholder and the actual controller of the company.
