As part of the evacuation arrangements for the government-led Shenzhen Tangxiayong community reconstruction, the property tenants involved have reached a relocation compensation agreement with the relocation party and the owners today (2nd), with a total compensation amount of 2.86 million RMB.

The property involved is the building factory, dormitory, and supporting facilities in the industrial zone at 41 Chuangxin Road, Tangxiayong Community, Yanluo Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, with a building area of 0.0119 million square meters. According to the terms of the relocation compensation agreement, tenants must vacate the property by the final relocation deadline of September 30th, and the tenants are indirect wholly-owned subsidiary companies of the Group, whose main business includes trading and manufacturing paper packaging products and pulping molding products in China.
