Sarendip Holdings <7318> has set the mission of being a 100-year company that can be proud of Japan's mid-sized and small manufacturing companies in the world, and aims to bring about management innovation to Japan's mid-sized and small manufacturing companies with challenges such as business succession. They have three businesses: manufacturing business, professional solution business, and investment business. While it is classified as transportation equipment in the industry classification of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the revenue composition ratio as an automotive supplier in the manufacturing business is high (about 76% for the fiscal year ending in March 2023), and it is actually a business investment company that provides total solution for business succession through methods such as dispatching management talent, investment, and M&A. Currently, they are working on establishing the platform for the manufacturing business, and have established the platforms for the professional solution business and investment business, and are planning to formulate a medium-term management plan to boost profit growth.
