Landsea Management (00106.HK) announced its interim performance as of the end of June this year, with revenue of 1.323 billion yuan (same below), a year-on-year decrease of 66.6%. The loss expanded to 0.676 billion yuan, compared to a loss of 35.367 million yuan in the same period last year; loss per share was 14.9 cents. No dividend.

As of the end of June, the sales contracts for Landsea products amounted to approximately 7.83 billion yuan, corresponding to a contracted construction area of approximately 0.4226 million square meters.
