Enterprise Development Holding (01808.HK) announced that it has signed a letter of intent with a fund managed by Asia-IO Partners International Pte. Ltd. last Friday (30th) to propose the establishment and subscription of an independent investment portfolio company to seek opportunities in overseas markets for building artificial intelligence internet data center infrastructure and its applications.

It is reported that the two parties aim to establish a joint venture company that provides engineering, procurement, and construction services in the overseas market of artificial intelligence internet data centers, as well as to establish an investment portfolio to strategically invest in companies, especially in the Middle East or Southeast Asia, that seek to utilize artificial intelligence internet data center infrastructure, thereby driving the operations of the joint venture company's artificial intelligence internet data centers business and business activities related to the group's business.

Enterprise Development Holding stated that the establishment and subscription of an independent investment portfolio company will provide investment opportunities to strategically allocate the group's unused idle funds and achieve maximum returns. (js/w)
