DJ Key Energy Services CEO Saltiel Resigns, Dodson Named Interim Chief

Key Energy Services Inc. (KEGX) said Chief Executive Rob Saltiel has resigned, effective Monday, to pursue other opportunities.

Chief Financial Officer J. Marshall Dodson was named interim CEO.

The well-servicing contractor, which was delisted from the New York Stock Exchange in November, said it is continuing discussions with lenders about its capital structure.
