The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the final stage of several ongoing construction projects, resulting in a decrease in construction activities during this period compared to the same period last year. Income from construction engineering accounted for approximately 98.9% of the total revenue of the group (previous period: approximately 99.2%) or approximately 99.8 million Singapore dollars (previous period: approximately 0.142 billion Singapore dollars). Property investment income contributed approximately 1.1% (previous period: approximately 0.8%) or approximately 1.1 million Singapore dollars (previous period: approximately 1.1 million Singapore dollars).
