According to the announcement by Hanvey Group (08219) on August 23, 2024 (Friday) at 4:00 pm sharp (which is the final time for the subscription of shares under the offer), all 29.0098 million unallotted shares under the offer have been successfully allocated at a price of HKD 0.10 per share (equivalent to the subscription price). Therefore, there will be no net income distributed to shareholders who did not take action based on the compensation arrangement.
