CSSC Shipping (03877) announced that on August 30, 2024, its wholly-owned special purpose company, Fortune CSASP III, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding and Bareboat Charter Agreement with Asia Pacific Shipping Company (the lessee). Accordingly, Fortune CSASP III has agreed to purchase the ship from the lessee at a cost; and lease the ship back to the lessee for an estimated total rent of approximately $77.539 million (including an estimated lease interest of approximately $24.372 million).

China Ship Leasing (03877) announced that on August 30, 2024, its wholly-owned special purpose company, Fortune CSASP III, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding and Bareboat Charter Agreement with Asia Pacific Shipping Company (the lessee). Accordingly, Fortune CSASP III has agreed to purchase the ship from the lessee at a cost; and lease the ship back to the lessee for an estimated total rent of approximately $77.539 million (including an estimated lease interest of approximately $24.372 million).
