According to the Zhongtong Financial APP, Champ Alli Intl (01629) announced its interim performance for the six months ended June 30, 2024, during which the group achieved a profit of RMB 63.692 million (same unit), a 9.63% increase year-on-year; the net profit attributable to equity holders of the company was RMB 4.964 million, a 70.31% decrease year-on-year; and the earnings per share were 0.91 cents.

The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was due to the new business segment of the group's property leasing business.
