According to CCTV, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) has supervised Alibaba's three-year rectification. Alibaba's pre-market trading in the US stock market is currently up 2.88%.

According to reports, over the past three years, the SAMR has strengthened its supervision of Alibaba's compliance rectification, conducted in-depth inspections of the implementation of rectification, and entrusted third-party institutions to evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement. Based on the inspections and evaluations, Alibaba has fully ceased its monopoly practices in accordance with the Administrative Penalty Decision and Administrative Guidance, strictly regulated its own business conduct, earnestly implemented platform responsibilities, improved compliance management systems, enhanced the level of service to platform merchants and consumers, achieved good results in rectification efforts, improved the online retail market environment, restored fair competition order, expanded market development space, significantly increased competition vitality among platforms, and continuously optimized the quality of platform economic development and business environment.

In April 2021, the SAMR imposed administrative penalties and conducted administrative guidance on Alibaba's monopoly behavior in the network retail platform service market in China, ordering it to stop illegal activities, conduct comprehensive self-inspection and rectification, and submit self-inspection compliance reports to the SAMR for three consecutive years.
