Moody Tech Holding (01400.HK) announced that Zhuhai Hongli Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Zhuhai Hongli Clothing Co., Ltd.) has proposed to terminate its listing on the National SME Share Transfer System. According to the announcement, Moody Tech Holding indirectly owns 68.11% of the issued share capital of Zhuhai Hongli Technology Co., Ltd.

Based on the development of the industry in which the company operates and its overall strategic planning, Zhuhai Hongli intends to concentrate its efforts on its operations and management, reduce operating costs, improve operational decision-making efficiency, and maximize the interests of Zhuhai Hongli and its shareholders. After careful consideration, Zhuhai Hongli actively plans to apply for the termination of its listing on the National SME Share Transfer System. (js/k)
