UTS MARKETING (06113) announced its interim performance for the six months ending June 30, 2024. During this period, the group achieved revenue of 46.479 million ringgit, an increase of 0.48% year-on-year; net profit of 6.948 million ringgit, an increase of 218.72%; and basic earnings per share of 1.74 ringgit.
The announcement stated that the increase in net profit was mainly due to a reduction in employee costs of about 2.38 million ringgit and a one-time non-recurring guarantee deposit forfeiture compensation of about 2.69 million ringgit.
