During the period, the group generated revenue of HKD 1.005 billion, a decrease of 11.39% compared to the same period last year. Shareholders' attributable loss was HKD 2.493 million, compared to a profit of HKD 3.569 million in the same period last year, resulting in a loss compared to profit; basic loss per share was 0.29 HK cents.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the operating performance of the printed circuit board processing business (the sale of this business was completed in November 2023), which was included in the revenue of the same period last year. However, its impact has been partially offset by the increased revenue from the machinery manufacturing business and the processing and manufacturing business of injection products.
