According to the announcement, the reduction in net loss was mainly due to the increase in operating income, which led to an increase in gross profit, and the significant decrease in operating expenses due to the group's comprehensive implementation of its focused strategy and cost reduction measures since 2023. However, the impact of the impairment provision for a overseas affiliated company accounted for using the equity method and the net loss from the fair value changes of overseas investments measured at fair value offset the effects of the aforementioned factors.
