According to the Zhongtong Finance APP, Oriental Expl (00430) announced its interim performance for 2024, with revenue of 12.458 million Hong Kong dollars, a year-on-year increase of 10.37%; a net profit of 2.78 million Hong Kong dollars, a year-on-year increase of 22.09%; and earnings per share of 0.72 Hong Kong cents, with an interim dividend of 0.8 Hong Kong cents per share.

The announcement stated that the increase in surplus was mainly due to a rental income increase of approximately 10% to about 12.5 million Hong Kong dollars (2023: 11.3 million Hong Kong dollars) during the reporting period.
