On August 28, Guangzhou Monday announced that by mid-2024, the company's income will be approximately HKD 631.4 million, gross profit will be approximately HKD 478.3 million, and the gross margin will increase by 1.3 percentage points to 75.8% on an annual basis. Due to non-recurring, unrealized, and non-cash items, including a decrease in the fair value of investment properties in mainland China and Hong Kong, asset impairment in Shenzhen and impairment provision for the use rights of specialty stores and counters, a total of approximately HKD 74.5 million, resulting in a loss of approximately HKD 82.2 million for the company's owners.
During the period, the operation of the e-commerce platform was strengthened, and the overall e-commerce sales increased by 6.8% YoY to approximately HKD 220.2 million.
