Ark Genki (06086) announced that Feng Baoting has resigned as joint company secretary and authorized agent for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong, effective from August 28, 2024, in accordance with Section 16 of the Company Regulations (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) .
Wu Xiuwei has been appointed as the joint company secretary and authorized agent for legal process documents to replace Ms. Feng, effective from August 28, 2024. Zou Yuming will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
