Ms. Chen Letong (Ms. Chen) has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for receiving legal documents; Non-Executive Director Mr. Huang Yu (Mr. Huang) will cease to act as another Authorized Representative, but he will continue to hold his other existing positions; and Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Ms. Guo Zixiu (Ms. Guo) has been appointed as another Authorized Representative, all effective from September 1, 2024.
