Cherish Sun International (01094) has announced the following changes, which will take effect after the annual general meeting of shareholders: Ms. Wu Siyuan has retired from the position of executive director and resigned as chairman of the board of directors, chairman of the nomination committee, and authorized representative for listing rules; Mr. Shi Qiang has retired from the position of executive director and resigned as the CEO of the company; Mr. Li Shun has retired from the position of non-executive director and resigned as the CFO, but still serves as the company's secretary and authorized representative for listing rules.
