The group's revenue was 46.457 million Hong Kong dollars, a 5.16% year-on-year increase; the profit attributable to owners of the company decreased by 9.9% to 24.696 million Hong Kong dollars; basic earnings per share were 6.2 Hong Kong cents.

The announcement stated that the group's interest income from the lending business of property mortgage loans and personal loans increased from around 44.2 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ended June 30, 2023, to approximately 46.5 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ended June 30, 2024. The increase in interest income was mainly due to the average month-end balance of the group's receivables increasing from around 0.824 billion Hong Kong dollars for the six months ended June 30, 2023, to approximately 0.831 billion Hong Kong dollars for the six months ended June 30, 2024.
