On the news front, Everbright Property recently released its mid-term performance for 2024, with a profit of 0.463 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 18.57% year-on-year; the profit attributable to owners of the company increased by 20.03% to 29.673 million yuan year-on-year. Revenue from urban services increased by approximately 25.01% from around 0.231 billion yuan for the six months ended June 30, 2023 to around 0.289 billion yuan for the six months ended June 30, 2024, mainly due to an increase in the group's managed construction area and projects under management.
