The company indicated that the expected loss for the period is mainly due to an impairment loss provision of approximately 69 million yuan on financial assets, while an impairment loss reversal of approximately 0.252 billion yuan on financial assets was recorded in the same period last year; other losses of approximately 60 million yuan, mainly attributed to losses from the disposal of real estate, plants, and equipment, while other income was approximately 3 million yuan in the same period last year; a one-time bargain purchase gain generated by business consolidation in the same period last year was approximately 0.554 billion yuan, which was zero in the first half of this year.
