Jolimark (02028.HK) announced on August 27th that the group's revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2024 was approximately RMB 84.237 million, a decrease of approximately 29% compared to the same period last year. The loss attributable to shareholders of the company was approximately RMB 43.406 million, while in the first half of 2023, the loss was approximately RMB 34.232 million. The basic loss per share as of June 30, 2024 was approximately RMB 0.071 (basic loss per share as of June 30, 2023: RMB 0.056).

The main reasons for the loss attributable to shareholders in the first half of 2024 were the continued comprehensive implementation of digital electronic invoicing in mainland China, insufficient market demand, and recognition of asset impairment.

The company started the development of the 5L vertical oxygen generator (HM500 series) in May 2024. This product uses our unique balanced four-cylinder compressor and adopts advanced VPSA positive and negative pressure decompression adsorption oxygen generation system, as well as unique air drying and patented noise reduction technology, achieving minimal noise (minimum 28db) and best performance (molecular sieve lifespan of over 0.02 million hours). This product is expected to be launched in the first half of 2025. At the same time, the company's ring-type pulse oximeter has entered the clinical testing stage and is expected to be launched at the end of 2024, becoming the first product to achieve interconnection between oxygen generators, pulse oximeters, and human body information.
