On August 27, Kerry Holdings announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2024, the group's revenue was approximately CNY 0.804 billion, a decrease of 17.18% compared to the same period last year. The net income attributable to equity shareholders of the company was approximately CNY 82.14 million, a decrease of 58.93% compared to the same period last year. The earnings per share was CNY 0.04, a decrease of CNY 0.07 compared to the same period last year. The board of directors decided not to distribute the interim dividend for the six months ended June 30, 2024.

During the reporting period, the group focused on development planning, continuously improving the business implementation direction and path of co-processing solid hazardous waste in cement kilns, fly ash washing, oil sludge disposal, and comprehensive utilization of resources. It increased efforts to develop resource-based and harmless projects, further improving the group's eco-friendly industry chain. At the end of the reporting period, the group operated and constructed 83 eco-friendly projects in 21 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across the country, including 41 hazardous waste projects, 5 fly ash washing projects, 6 oil sludge disposal projects, 26 industrial solid waste projects, and 5 resource utilization projects. The total processing capacity involved is approximately 11.7526 million tons per year (excluding projects awaiting approval and projects not yet constructed).
