Rohas Rechnic Berhad announced that Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd –One Ocean Environment Sdn Bhd Consortium, comprising Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd ("REI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and One Ocean Environment Sdn Bhd has accepted a Letter of Award issued by Gamuda for tthr Sg Rasau Water Treatment Plant Package 2.

The provision is for Design Review, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning And Maintenance Of Process for the project.

The Consortium, formed by REI and OOESB was established to bid for and undertake the execution of the Sungai Rasau Package 2 Project. Upon the award of the Sg Rasau Package 2 Project to the Consortium, REI and OOESB said they will enter into a detailed joint venture agreement with a proposed equity ratio of 51% to REI and 49% to OOES.

The owner of Sg. Rasau Package 2 Project is Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd and the total contract sum for the Sg Rasau Package 2 Project is RM123 million.
Rohas said the Sg. Rasau Package 2 Project will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholding as it does not involve any allotment or issuance of new shares.
