Miki Industry <1718> announced that it has entered into a stock transfer agreement to acquire all of Hyo Construction's issued common stock with voting rights and will be a subsidiary.

The company is scheduled to transfer 1,200 shares (100% voting rights) from Mr. Yuichiro Hyo (83.4%), Mr. Hidehiro Nakao (8.3%), and Mr. Junya Goto (8.3%) on the 29th.

Hyo Construction is engaged in construction work centered in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.
