The group achieved a revenue of 0.186 billion yuan (units as referred) with a year-on-year decrease of 14.48%. The loss attributable to owners of the company was 14.673 million yuan, a decrease of 35.96% year-on-year. The loss per share was 3.67 cents.

The announcement stated that due to the long-term difficulties faced by the real estate industry and property developers, the group's revenue from real estate agent services further decreased and there was no recovery progress, which further affected the revenue from non-landlord value-added services.
