EDA Group Holdings (02505) announced that as part of its financial activities, the Group has subscribed and redeemed China Merchants Bank International US Dollar Money Market Fund products, CMBIGPL Hong Kong Dollar products, and E Fund Hong Kong Dollar Fund products from June 4, 2024, to August 23, 2024 (including these dates). The transaction details are as follows:
China Merchants Bank International US Dollar Money Market Fund products
On June 4, 2024, Yida Cloud Hong Kong subscribed to China Merchants Bank International US Dollar Money Market Fund products, with an amount of 3 million US dollars.
On June 28, 2024, Yida Cloud Hong Kong redeemed 3 million US dollars of China Merchants Bank International US Dollar Money Market Fund products, which was the total amount of China Merchants Bank International US Dollar Money Market Fund products it held at that time, with an income of approximately 0.011 million US dollars.
On July 3, 2024, Yida Cloud Hong Kong subscribed to China Merchants Bank International US Dollar Money Market Fund products, with an amount of 3 million US dollars.
On August 23, 2024, Yida Cloud Hong Kong redeemed 3 million US dollars of China Merchants Bank International US Dollar Money Market Fund products, which was the total amount of China Merchants Bank International US Dollar Money Market Fund products it held at that time, with an income of approximately 0.023 million US dollars.

On June 24, 2024, Yida Cloud Hong Kong redeemed approximately 60.454 million Hong Kong dollars of E Fund Hong Kong dollar products, with an income of approximately 0.07 million Hong Kong dollars.
After redeeming E Fund's Hong Kong dollar fund, Yida Cloud Hong Kong continues to hold the remaining balance of approximately 19.546 million Hong Kong dollars of E Fund's Hong Kong dollar products;
On June 28, 2024, Yida Cloud Hong Kong subscribed to E Fund Hong Kong dollar products for an amount of 60.249 million Hong Kong dollars;
On August 7, 2024, Yida Cloud Hong Kong redeemed approximately 31.507 million Hong Kong dollars of E Fund Hong Kong dollar products, with an income of approximately 0.135 million Hong Kong dollars; and
- On August 23, 2024, Yida Cloud Hong Kong redeemed approximately 28.743 million Hong Kong dollars of the E Fund Hong Kong dollar-denominated fund, with a yield of approximately 0.135 million Hong Kong dollars.
