The audit committee will be restructured after the appointment of the required number of independent non-executive directors. Without an audit committee, the company is unable to reach a consensus with its auditors on its financial statements for the 2023 fiscal year, as stated and disclosed in the company's announcement dated March 22, 2024, which is a prerequisite for publishing the annual performance announcement for 2023 in accordance with Article 13.49(2).
Once the audit committee is restructured with a sufficient number of independent non-executive directors, the company will make further announcements regarding the expected date of the annual performance announcement for 2023 once arrangements for audit/review with its auditors are made.
