Tung Tak Group (00518) announced that Mr. Qiu Mingjian has reached the age of 85 and retired as an independent non-executive director at the end of the shareholders' annual general meeting. Mr. Qiu also ceased to serve as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and as a member of the nomination committee and the audit committee, at the end of the shareholders' annual general meeting.

Mr. Zhang Zongqi, the current independent non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee, audit committee, and nomination committee, has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee, effective from the end of the shareholders' annual general meeting.
