Interfax Financial APP, Great Chi Hldgs (00021) announced its interim performance for 2024, with revenue of 5.18 million Hong Kong dollars, a decrease of about 72%; net profit of 8.121 million Hong Kong dollars, a decrease of 71.06%; earnings per share of 0.2 Hong Kong cents.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the reduction in delivery area and rental income from property sales during the period. The decrease in net profit was mainly due to the decrease in exchange gains generated by the financial liabilities of the group and the decrease in revenue mentioned above.
