On August 24th and 25th, 2024, Gansu Province, including most of the Hexi area and Lanzhou New District, experienced severe convective weather, with heavy and torrential rain in some areas. The local total precipitation reached 78.8 millimeters, resulting in varying degrees of impact on the agricultural production of some subsidiaries of the company in the aforementioned regions, and damage to certain crops and agricultural infrastructure.

After the disaster, the company immediately activated its disaster emergency plan, mobilized forces to fully engage in disaster prevention and mitigation, carried out various forms of production self-rescue and corresponding remedial measures, in order to minimize the losses caused by the heavy rainfall disaster to the company's operations. The economic losses caused by this disaster are still being further verified, identified, and statistically analyzed. This heavy rainfall disaster is expected to have a certain impact on the company's operating performance in 2024.
