Wealthink AI (01140.HK) announced that its largest shareholder, Liu Zhiwei, together with Trenda Capital Pte. Ltd. (which Liu Zhiwei owns all of its issued shares) and Caitex Technology Holdings Limited (which is fully owned by Chun Da International Capital Management Co., Ltd., and Chun Da International Capital Management Co., Ltd. is fully owned by Liu Zhiwei), have entered into a sale agreement with Man Mu Investment Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guo Fu), to sell a total of 2.751 billion shares (approximately 26.15% of the company's total issued shares) for a total consideration of 0.303 billion yuan.
After the completion of the transaction, Liu Zhiwei will no longer hold any shares and will no longer be the company's largest shareholder. Guo Fu (together with its subsidiaries) will hold 3.065 billion shares (approximately 29.13% of the company's total issued shares) and become the company's largest shareholder. Meanwhile, Liu Zhiwei will continue to serve as an executive director of the company.
