Tg Smart Energy (01083.HK) stated that in recent years, it has actively developed and invested in zero-carbon smart parks in the mainland, with 128 projects already implemented, and has launched a one-stop energy management service and technical solution.
The company mentioned that the Hailing Zero-Carbon Smart Park in Taizhou, Jiangsu, launched the 'Sun City' project in 2021, using more than 40,000 photovoltaic panels within the park to supply power to the charging stations in the park, achieving 'energy self-sufficiency.' The Hailing Park can reduce carbon emissions by 6,000 tons per year, and distributed photovoltaics can generate 5.4 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of over 1,600 households of three people, leading to a comprehensive energy-saving of up to 30%. Tg Smart Energy's latest Jinings Zero-Carbon Smart Park has a cumulative installed capacity of 30 megawatts for photovoltaics, and can reduce carbon emissions by approximately 0.03 million tons per year.
Tg Smart Energy stated that the net profit of its renewable energy business in the first half of this year increased to 16.4 billion yuan, with signed photovoltaic contracts totaling 3.3 gigawatts and grid-connected capacity of 2.1 gigawatts.
