During this period, the group achieved a profit of 0.168 billion Hong Kong dollars, a decrease of 1.15% year-on-year. Shareholders' attributable surplus increased by 32.26% to 24.017 million Hong Kong dollars, and earnings per share were 0.08 Hong Kong cents.

The announcement stated that the group's overall revenue remained relatively stable, but there were significant changes in the composition of revenue in the property management and environmental hygiene business sectors. During this period, property management revenue increased significantly due to the acquisition of multiple projects and the full recognition of income from five public facility projects initiated since July 2023. However, the expiration of an environmental hygiene contract hindered the group's revenue growth during this period.
