会议地点：成都市双流区华府大道四段19号成都雷电微力科技股份有限公司三楼326会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于公司资本公积转增股本预案的议案》
2、《关于变更注册资本并修订<公司章程>的议案》。
