会议地点：安徽省六安市舒城县杭埠经济技术开发区金桂路与唐王大道交口东门安徽英力电子科技股份有限公司四楼会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于变更募投项目以及部分募集资金用途的议案》
2、《关于变更注册资本、修订<公司章程>并办理工商备案登记的的议案》。
