In other words, on August 9th, Gofintech Innov only had 0.672 billion shares (accounting for 9.45% of the issued share capital) held by other shareholders, indicating high ownership concentration in the hands of a very small number of shareholders. The Securities and Futures Commission indicated that due to the high concentration of ownership in a small number of shareholders, even small fluctuations in the trading of a small number of shares could result in significant volatility in the stock price.
